1. Praise and Prayer
God may not call us to perfect grades – but he does call us to worship and be in relationship with Him. Come as we seek to praise God with song and communicate with Him through prayer. This large group will be extended praise and prayer (without a speaker). Please join us at 7:30pm on Friday in Harvard Hall 104!
2. Re-constructing Hope: The Search for Sustainable Good
N.T. Wright, Anglican Bishop of Durham called “the world’s leading New Testament Scholar” by Newsweek, will give a series of talks on November 18, 19, and 20. These talks, followed by extensive Q and A will touch on the topics: Why do good in a hopeless world? What is good in a world that defies hope? Doing good: what plus hope equals change? Invite your friends 11/18-11/20, 7:00pm in Longfellow Hall.
3. Frosh Family Group
Hey Frosh! What does the Bible have to say about life at Harvard? Want more than just producing Psets and papers? Come find out with a great family of other Frosh and upperclassmen. We meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7-9pm at Memorial Hall 202. (exit Annenberg from the back and go up the elevators on the left, remember to swipe!) For more information contact Andrew (akchan@fas) or June-Ho (kim6@fas).
4. Upperclassmen Family Group
Don't feel left out Upperclassmen, we’ve got you covered. There is still plenty of time to join an upperclassman family group where we will focus on community building and Bible studying. For more information please contact Grace (cgyeh@fas) or Dean (dthongkh@fas)
5. GIGs
We are Groups Investigating God (GIG) with the AACF and we would like to invite you to join us. GIGs are an open and comfortable environment to explore and ask questions about spirituality and faith. It is also a chance for you to meet people with similar interests and questions. We would love to meet you this Sunday at 4:30pm at Adams Diaspora Room! Contact Lue (yelunqin@fas)
6. Prayer
Come to our weekly prayer meeting where we discover what prayer is and how it can influence our lives. We meet at 7pm in Quincy 619. Please call Victoria (vlo@fas) at 347-840-0008 for more details and if you get lost!
