Our Vision
Mission Statement: To know God, and to make God known.
Our vision is to be a growing and engaging community built upon the Good News of Jesus Christ, so that all may have a story to tell about His love and faithfulness.
Hope
We believe that prayer is our foundation for communion with God and successful ministry. All are welcome to join our weekly prayer meetings.
Light
Bible study is one of the main ways of our fellowship pursues spiritual growth during our time at Harvard. We use the inductive bible study method to engage with the Scripture, to gain new insight to God's Word, and to apply the lessons we learn to our lives. In addition to Scripture study, we also use the time to share about our lives and pray for each other.
Calling
God deeply desires us to understand His heart for the students on the Harvard campus. Heeding His call to reach out, serve, and love His people, we desire to invite our friends and share the Gospel with them as a way to live out our faith and calling. In another way, too, God desires us to have compassion for the poor and marginalized. Heeding His call to social justice and social responsibility, we will be entering into many opportunities for service. In January, we participate in Katrina Relief Urban Plunge (KRUP), a weeklong experience of service, scripture study, and discipleship in New Orleans. For many years now, our fellowship has sent members around the world for missions and service projects, many of which are organized by InterVarsity.
Joy
Every Friday we gather together as one body, celebrating our redemption in Christ and striving together to draw closer to Him. These Large Group meetings include praise and worship, corporate prayer, scripture, skits, and various guest speakers.
